Stretch Yoga 

A stretch class is a low-impact group exercise that focuses on lengthening and strengthening muscles to improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. 

Chair Class

Chair yoga offers numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and reduced stress, making it a great option for people of all ages and fitness levels, especially those who may have difficulty with traditional floor-based yoga. It can be a low-impact way to enhance physical and mental well-being.
